Scope of Doctor of Physical Therapy

Our scope of DPT program is to develop trained physical therapists who can work independently in their specialty by applying critical thinking and making clinical decisions in physical therapy. The Physical Therapists will attain skills in assessment & treatment of various medical specialties such as musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, cardio-respiratory, geriatrics, pediatrics, gynecological & obstetric disorders. NIPARS intends to develop students having sound understandings of research methodology, conduct research, collect data and perform analysis and interpretation to draw valid conclusion and consequently apply in clinical practice. By employing evidence based practice to their specialties they can play a pivotal role in the provision of good quality care to the community.

Scope of BS-MT, Clinical Laboratory Science

The requirement of allied health professionals is much more than supply. Hence the scope of clinical laboratory scientists is immense as they are able to perform all techniques and recognize pre analytical, analytical, and post analytical errors necessary in clinical laboratory practice. They develop conceptual knowledge in all the subspecialties of laboratory which make them take appropriate actions and handle trouble shooting.

The career in medical laboratory science is stable with numerous opportunities nationally and internationally subsequently the demand is high.

The graduates will have a wide choice of practice in various settings like hospitals, independent laboratories, clinics, public health facilities, forensic crime laboratories, sales and marketing of diagnostic instruments and reagents, along with research and development of future clinical tests and instruments.
